Washed and washed anaerobic may start with the same process, but the fermentation makes a difference.
In a classic washed process, the mucilage is fermented with oxygen and then washed off, producing a clean and bright cup.
In washed anaerobic, fermentation happens in a sealed tank without oxygen. This changes the aromatic compounds in the coffee, often resulting in a cup that is more floral, sweeter, and more complex, while still maintaining the clean profile of washed coffee.

Satu tahun sejak Seven Sumatra Beans Medan berdiri, dan hari pertama kami akan hadir di Jakarta!

Sejak awal, di Seven, we celebrate people! : para petani, roaster, barista, dan setiap pelanggan yang datang bukan hanya untuk minum kopi, tapi untuk memahami maknanya.

Kami percaya, setiap cangkir punya cerita tentang asal, proses, dan rasa yang mengajarkan kita untuk lebih peka terhadap hal-hal sederhana.

Dari Medan ke Jakarta, kami akan membawa semangat yang sama, menghadirkan kopi Sumatra apa adanya: jujur, tanpa gula, tanpa topeng rasa. Semoga, lewat kehadiran kecil ini, kami bisa menjadi bagian dari cerita orang-orang Jakarta nantinya untuk memberi sedikit ruang untuk berhenti sejenak, belajar, dan menemukan makna di balik setiap teguk.
