After graduating from IES Juniper Serra in Malorca, he had shared his talent in different kitchens and hotels throughout Mallorca and would later on become a Head Chef at a 2-Star Michelin Restaurant Sergi Arola Gastro, Madrid in 2008. To even further develop his passion, Chef Bonnin made his way to Southeast Asia in 2018 to become an Area Manager of Malaysia in a Spanish franchising restaurant. He has also been featured in national TV networks in both Spain and Malaysia. Today, Chef Gabriel Bonnin can be found at APCA Malaysia while working on his new projects in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Chef Bonnin will be showing us how to make PANISH OMELETTE, also called, TORTILLA DE PATATAS (just because everything sounds better in Spanish🤩). Well also be making 🇮🇩 AYAM SISIT (Besisit) BALI to serve with the Omelette!
