We are swapping recipes with Chef Romain Avril! 🇫🇷🇮🇩 @chefromainavril will be making 🇮🇩 Indonesian KUE DADAR for his late-night snack while @homemade.indonesia will be making a French classic, 🇫🇷 CREPES SUZETTE for breakfast! Chef Romain Avril started cooking at age 13. By 17, he was working at a 1 Michelin star restaurant in France. He obtained his degree in French and Chinese gastronomy in France while concurrently working at 1 to 2-star Michelin restaurants. He would later on move to London and earned the opportunity of trying his culinary hand at feeding important UK politicians and celebs. In 2010, he moved to Canada and had since then shared his talents in different kitchens. He then took on the big project of opening several restaurants, such as Lavelle, Goldie Bar, and Neruda. In 2017, he created his company ‘Romain Avril Inc’ and is currently working on opening his first restaurant, has launched a YouTube channel, podcast and soon launching his vegan cookbook. Chef Avril is the Canadian ambassador for Monogram. He has also represented brands such as Google, Nespresso, Club House, Circle K, to name a few and has been featured in multiple food, lifestyle, fashion magazines. We’ll see everyone soon :) ….
