CLASSIC IRISH STEAK with 🇮🇩 SAUS RENDANG by Chef Mark Irwin and Homemade Indonesia! 🎉 Rendang Sauce: 1. Ground into fine paste shallots, garlic, red chilies, galangal, ginger, curry powder, ground coriander, toasted coconut. 2. Heat up saucepan with oil, add paste, turmeric leaf, bay leaf, lime leaf and lemongrass. 3. Fry fragrant, add beef stock, coconut cream. Season salt, sugar, pepper. 4. Keep stirring til sauce thickens and frothy. Rosti Potatoes: 1. Grate one large potato into a hand towel. 2. Wrap towel, squeeze out moisture from potato 3. Transfer into bowl, mix with chopped shallots, plenty of s&p 4. Meanwhile, heat up a pan on high heat with little oil. 5. Get a handful of potato mix, sit into hot pan, press down. 6. Cook on high heat, add butter on the side. 7. Once the outside turns golden brown, turn to low heat, continue cooking. 8. Flip once, cook the other side Steak with Asparagus: 1. Rub one drop of oil on both sides 2. Season heavily on both sides. 3. On high heated pan, add little oil and salt. Put aparagus on one side of the pan. Add in some butter over asparagus. 4. Put steak next to asparagus. Add butter. 5. Take out asparagus once its done and crunchy. Once you don’t see blood from steak, sear every side of the meat. Let the steak continue cooking for another 2 mins. 6. Rest steak for 1-2 mins. Di mangkuk,campur kentang, bamer cincang, garam, merica 4. Sementara itu, panaskan wajan di api besar dengan sedikit minyak. 5. Ambil segenggam adonan kentang, masukkan ke wajan, tekan ke bawah. 6. Masak, tambah mentega sesekali. 7. Balik, masak sisi lain.
