SERABI SOLO by Chef Elahe Forghani dan Homemade Indonesia. Resep Serabi Solo: 1. Masak 300 ml santan kental dan 350 ml air hingga mendidih. Aduk terus biar santan tdk pecah. Setelah santan hangat sisihkan 350 ml santan untuk dicampur ke adonan. Dan sisihkan sisanya untuk bahan areh. 2. Campur 100gr t beras, 1 sdm t terigu, 1/2 sdt ragi, 2.5 sdm gula, 1/2 sdt baking soda, 1/2 sdt vanila. Kemudian masukkan 350 ml santan hangat dan aduk hingga menyatu. Saring adonan dan tutup dengan plastic wrap selama 1 jam. 3. Panaskan wajan kecil, taruh mentega sedikit dan masukkan adonan serabi, tambah areh dan tutup wajan. Bring 300 ml thick coconut milk and 350 ml water to a boil. Keep stirring so that the coconut milk doesnt break. After the coconut milk is warm, set aside 350 ml of coconut milk to be mixed into the dough. And set aside the rest for areh material. 2. Mix 100gr rice flour, 1 tbsp apf, 1/2 tsp yeast, 2.5 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Then add 350 ml of warm coconut milk and stir until combined. Strain the dough and cover with plastic wrap for 1 hour. 3. Heat a small skillet, put a little butter and add the pancake mixture, add the areh and cover the pan. Add toppings and cook again until cooked. 4. Serve!
