SPANISH OMELETTE with AYAM BESISIT BALI (a match made in heaven🀀) by Chef Gabriel Bonnin and Homemade Indonesia πŸŽ‰ SPANISH OMELETTE 1. Peel 4 large potatoes. Cut potatoes into thick, smaller slices. 2. Julienne 1 large onion. 3. Heat the @bertolli.id olive oil in pan, add potatoes, onion, let them sit for 20 mins, stir occasionally til potatoes are soft. Place them on paper towel. 4. Beat 4-5 eggs in a separate bowl, stir into potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a smaller pan. 5. Tip everything into pan, cook on medium heat 6. When almost set, flip omellete on a plate, slide back into pan ,cook for a few more mins. 7. Slide on a plate, cool it before serving it with the Ayam, tomatoes, parsley. AYAM BESISIT 1. Cook/steam 200gr chicken. Shred into tiny bite-sized pieces. 2. Ground 3 shallots, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp shrimp paste, 2 red chilies, 1 birds eye chili, 4 cm tumeric, 3 cm galngal, 1 candlenut, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1/2 tomato into paste. 3. Heat @bertolli.id olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute the paste, add smashed lemongrass. 4. Add chicken into pan, coat chicken with pan evenly and add juice of 1/2 lime. 5.
