Cheers! 🎉 BLACK PEPPER CRAB NOODLE RECIPE: 1. Add butter (1) to pot till sizzling.Add Shallots, garlic,stir fry till ingredients, butter are fused. 2. Add Oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar. Stir fry till well mixed. Add Brown Sugar, stir till dissolved. Add black pepper, stir till the sauce is even. Set aside sauce. 3. Steam crab and clams for abt 12 minutes. 4. Set aside juices from crab, add black pepper sauce.Low fire, stir well 5. Heat up separate pan, add oil, till smokey. Add minced garlic, dried shrimp, stir fry till brown. Add boiled noodles,do a quick stir fry. Reduce fire to low,add 2 tbsp black pepper sauce, mix evenly.Scoop to plate. 6. In a separate mixing bowl, add clams, crab, 4-5 tbsp of black pepper sauce. Coat ingredients evenly, mix well. Plate on to the noodles. 7. The remaining sauce, add to the sides of the noodles.Serve with a garnish of chopped coriander and chilli padi. Drizzle Shallot/ sesame oil for additional fragrance. ......... RESEP MIE KEPITING LADA HITAM: 1. Masukin mentega ke panci, bawang merah, putih, tumis hingga bahan dan mentega menyatu. 2. Tambah saus tiram, kecap hitam,gula merah. Tumis sampai semua tercampur. Tambah Gula Merah, aduk sampai larut. Tambah lada hitam, aduk hingga sausnya rata. Sisihkan saus. 3. Kukus kepiting dan kerang selama sekitar 12 menit. 4. Sisihkan jus dari kepiting, tambahkan saus lada hitam. Api kecil, aduk rata. 5. Panaskan wajan terpisah, tambah minyak, sampai mulai berasap. Tambah bawang putih cincang,udang kering, tumis sampai coklat. Tambah mie (rebus dl) tumis cepat. Kecilkan api,tambah 2 sdm saus lada hitam dan aduk rata. Angkat ke piring. 6. Di mangkuk terpisah,tambah kerang dan kepiting,4-5 sdm saus lada hitam. Lapisi bahan secara merata, aduk rata. Taruh di atas mi. Sisa saus, tambah di pinggir mie. Saji dgn ketumbar cincang dan cabe.Tambah minyak bwg merah/wijen(opsi).
