Boil 2 l of water with 1 cup soy, 1 cup dark soy, 1/4 cup oyster, 1/4 cup hoisin, 2 thumb sized ginger, 30 cloves garlic, 5 star anise, 1 cinammon stick, 1 heaped tsb 5 spice powder, 1 tsp mushroom stock. Once itโ€™s boiling, turn heat down and simmer for 30-45 mins until syrupy. 2. Cook the duck for 15-30 mins (depending on size and amount). Turn off heat and let the meat sit in the pot for another hour (it softens the meat and let it absorb flavors from stock). 3. Rest the meat for 10-15 mins before cutting. 4. Serve duck meat with veggie side dishes. For wraps, spread your pancake / wraps, top it with some hoisin sauce, cucumber, carrots and duck meat! Rebus 2 liter air, 1 cangkir kecap asin, 1 cangkir kecap manis, 1/4 cangkir tiram, 1/4 cangkir hoisin, 2 jahe seukuran ibu jari, 30 siung bawang putih,5 bunga lawang, 1 batang kayu manis, 1 sdt 5 spice , 1 sdt kaldu jamur. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan api dan biarkan mendidih 30-45 menit sampai mengental. 2. Masak bebek 15-30 menit (tergantung ukuran). Matikan api dan biarkan daging di dalam panci selama satu jam lagi (ini melembutkan daging dan menyerap rasa dari kaldu). 3. Istirahatkan daging selama 10-15 menit sebelum dipotong. 4. Sajikan daging bebek dengan side dish sayur.
